BoxSearch
BoxSearch helps meat exporters catch issues with their boxes before they are sealed and provides them with evidence to manage disputes in shipping.
Cameras on the production line scan each box as it passes. The system uses AI to identify if certain issues exist. If issues are found, nearby QA staff are alerted about what has been identified so they can immediately intervene. These operators are in a loud environment, are wearing PPE, and have seconds to address each box.
“Order Up” Screen
Below are wireframes exploring the UI layout for the 10-inch touchscreen we called the “Order Up” screen. This is used by QA staff on the production line to respond in real time to issues identified by BoxSearch.

Web UI
The data captured by BoxSearch is stored for later access. This provides meat exporters with a photographic record of the label and box contents of each box before it’s sealed. This is useful when addressing issues of food fraud within the supply chain.
